I called this morning, and they are sending new cylinders, keys and installation tool. All they ask it to send the old cylinders back to them.

she also wanted the installation tool back.

Nope, can't pull the key out of the deadbolt until it's returned to the vertical position. So, all good :). - herbhofmannExplorer

my key is "Ilco" so I guess doesn't affect me?

Ilco is a replacement key brand. If you lock looks like the one in the photo on the recall notice, they direct you to look at the key cylinder to check the key code. Also, if you have the problem of being able to pull the key out in the wrong position, they don't care what the key code is, they want to replace it. - nuggetthunterExplorerIf you have a toyhauler with the Fastec locks on the rear door they are also covered by the recall. Just installed for both entry and rear door. (And all keyed alike now)!
- mileshuffExplorerI've tried calling FIC for several days now. Nobody ever answers and their voicemail is full. I don't see an email address on their website. Anyone know of another way to reach them than the 800 number listed?
Edit: Tried again today and got thru. Keys on the way!
