RV Lock Deadbolt Cylinder RECALL.

Ditto. Although the person I talked to made no mention of the return envelope. In fact she said nothing about returning the old cylinders. Perhaps she forgot.

My key is G301.Guess I am ok.

Well I cheked the my keys for my fifth wheel and it is on the recall. will be making the call.

By the way, if your RV is a year or so off the date, I would suggest you check anyway. Locks may have been used from a previouse years purchase.

Update: I made the call and have new cylinders and keys being sent, along with the HF-347 key to remove the cylinders. Less than 3 minutes on the phone.

I filled out the online survey and called the 800 number but only got a recording. Has anyone actually received new deadbolt cylinders? Were they difficult to install? How long did it take to receive the replacements?

Oh. The recall only applies to TRAVEL TRAILERS built between 1 Jan 2006 and 30 APR 2013.
