Those that have these leashes should do a little research on line as these are one of the most dangerous consumer items you will ever encounter. Injuries ranging from broken bones to fingers being severed are fairly common. You cannot control any dog that is 10, 20 or 30' out in front of you and anything beyond 6' is no longer in compliance with the CG rules.
Rant off... for now but yes, as a matter of fact I do feel better for having vented.

Oh I hate those stupid leashes! If the dog is running out, there is no way to pull them back in.
