like all said here. Go to Walmart, your local RV store or online like Amazon and get a simple foldable RV mat. They are great to help keep dirt out of the trailer. We don't use it on the grass either. Not to abuse Walmart, but pick up one there and try it once. if you don't like it return it, but I think you will like it. or next time camping walk around and check out some.
