Which is exactly why I have never given much thought to what others are doing when I dump. Unless you see me pulling the valve, there is no reason you shoud know I am dumping. This isn't a "timing" issue, it is a "procedure" issue.
I have never been to one of these sites where my sewer hose is under your picnic table....your front yard, my back yard....sure, but you stared at my poop hose all day, just don't watch me pull the lever.
