Depends what you want out of the fridge and how you camp. You don't camp without hookups, but how long does your fridge need to run between being plugged in and do you use the fridge daily while traveling (not plugged in).
We travel more than we sit so having a 3 way fridge is key. If we only drove a set number of hours from the house to our destination and didn't use the fridge throughout the day, then a residential fridge would work.
