Sure it would add hundreds of dollars to the RV's cost - plus take up a little more overall room for this frame - but probably a lot of us would pay the extra $$ when buying a new rig to get this additional piece of mind and better cooling over time. I would have.
(Maybe it's a safety issue ... as the propane line to the refrig would then have to be both very durable and very flexible.)
Are you ready for a spherical 'fridge? Or a LOT of wasted space. And my guess is that there would be issues with keeping it balanced and carrying heavy dead weights. Not to mention that the gimbals would cost more than replacing a 'fridge done in by out of level.
