Thanks for the input so far.
Normally we would simply empty the refrigerator and re-stock when we return from our cruise, but this time around we have a special consideration. We have been on the Mexican Baja, near San Jose del Cabo, for the winter, and we have a lot of dorado (mahi mahi), and yellowtail fish in the freezer after successful fishing excursions. We usually use all the fish over the summer after we return from our Mexico winters. It will be agony to throw or give it all away.
Not sure that it's worth an hour's drive, plus more than $300 for the month though, to store at Valley Indoor.
