We are looking to load up on toilet paper. I heard that Walmart's Angel Soft dissolved well, but recently I have heard that the newer stock does not. Does anybody have an confirmed new choice? ...

Scotts single ply is suitably flimsy. Like the special "RV/Marine" TP, it often starts coming apart before you are finished using it.
