Security cameras are really only useful for hopefully identifying offenders. They don't stop theft. The fact they have a "secure" lot is left open to one's interpretation of what "secure" is. I rented a place to store our MH for several years that advertised itself as "secure" with "cameras." It also had a barbed wire topped fence around it with a keypad entry and the manager lived on property. What really made me feel my MH was safe was it was kept inside a locked garage while inside the fence. They never had any break ins or thefts in all the years I rented there.
