There are companies that transport RVs for a living. El Monte and Cruise America come to mind. Otherwise, everyone would have to buy their RV at the factory. They have the proper liability insurance and use drivers with a commercial license. And the drivers can't use any of the facilities while in transit. That's one of the reasons that you see those units parked in motel parking lots.
