The camper was (and still is) kept inside a heated shop. It is only out when being used. Fifteen months after purchase I discovered the camper had extensive dry-rot in the wings. I suspect the dealer knew about it when he sold it to me.
Discovered the hard way that water damage, regardless of cause, is not covered in the extended warranty. The RV dealer (Curtis Trailers in Portland, OR) wouldn't even return my call when I asked for his help. Needless to say I have a rather dim view of RV dealer ethics as a result.
