RV wave
I think we should start the rv wave, if its not already. Jeep owners have the jeep wave and motorcycle owners have the motorcycle wave. So it only makes since that rv owners wave at each other.

I don't know if this is just local to the countryside near Cincinnati, but when you pass a car going the other direction on a country road, all drivers have both hands on the wheel at 10 and 2. As you go by, they raise the index finger of one hand without looking at you. You wave back the same way. City folks get quite a kick out of it.
