It happens everywhere… on the very large fishing lake that is underutilized because of its HP limits will have maybe 10 boaters fishing, all strangers and most of the day they will be in 1 of 2 moving clusters…

At a popular restaurant its feast or famine to get a seat, at the gas station everyone uses all the back pumps at the same time blocking all the front pumps from use… the highways are filled with clusters of bunched traffic… half blaming those driving the limit or under, the other half blaming the speeders… I do believe one half of them are absolutely right…
