It is a great tool to help plan your next trip....but it's also just one of many that you should check with before heading out:)
As PapPappy said. Pictures sometimes paint the wrong picture. Depends on the angle of the "shot". For instance we planned a week long vacation in a Missouri Park. The website showed large sites with space between which was not the case. The Map of campground showed a beautiful river flowing by the campsites (we chose one on the river). When we got there this site was standing in water and mud about 3 inches deep. The picnic table was surrounded by water and sludge. The river had about 15 feet of thicket between campground and river (couldn't even hear the river, much less see it). So sometimes the campground does misrepresent area.
