There should only be one regulator, either mounted on the grill or on the hose as per your photo. If your RVQ has the regulator on the hose only, then the 20# adapter hose in the photo should be correct for your unit.
On my Q200, it is on the grill so the hose I use for my 20# tank does not have a regulator on it.
