While I don't agree with such a rule, I understand the reason. Trying to keep the real junk with home ACs hanging out the RV's windows out. They would be much further ahead saying anything over 10 must be OK's by management before a site is assigned, because you can have a 20 year old rig that looks brand new, while someone else can destroy a brand new unit and turn it into trash in a year or two.
