You've probably got it. A 20 buck fee per day would stop beach fires from, "causing cancer in Kalifornia". Next, the political wackoes will sue Mother Nature for starting forest fires without a permit. Can we imagine the difference between a night of beach fire compared to one second of a forest fire? The Gestapos must lay awake nights thinking up ways to stop the taxpayers from having any recreation... IMo..
