You mean like "pollution permits" for jogging? Adds a lot more CO2 to the air than walking. And it is only a "tradition" you don't really need to do it to enjoy the outdoors. I've jogged before, but since I don't really need it to enjoy the environment, others shouldn't be allowed to do it. :R
Jogging generates heat, sweat, CO2, smell, all kinds of pollution. That's the "REAL" cause of global warming. :R
Oh great, now Al Gore has another axe to grind ;)
