I'm thinking Canada might be a better place to live. I live in Florida though so my blood would probably never thicken up enough to keep from freezing up there.
I might consider Mexico, where the ordinary citizen can bribe local officials. Unlike here. You have to be large enough to employ a Lobbyist.
