The dealer has to finish setting up the unit before the new owner can take possession. I don't think you
fully understand it.
Most of us are referring to the
shoddy workmanship at the manufacturing facilities that must be REPAIRED before the RVs are even fit to leave the dealerships. We are not talking about the dealer setup and options that must be dealt with before the purchaser can take delivery.
