Safety chain question
Still new to tow dolly. I use the Kar Kaddy SS. When hooking up the safety chains, do I leave them loose or as tight as possible? Thanks in advance for any answers.

Long enough to allow turning but short enough not to allow tough of the tow dolly from hitting the ground in the event of brake away.
