Safety chain question
Still new to tow dolly. I use the Kar Kaddy SS. When hooking up the safety chains, do I leave them loose or as tight as possible? Thanks in advance for any answers.

At NO time should the safety chains touch the ground while towing!
IMO, Once there is ANY abrasion on any link of that chain, it is JUNK, and not to be trusted.
The same is true for cables.
