Basically, he did exactly what we would have done. He unscrewed each bolt holding the safety chain and put the bolt through the next link in the chain so there was less slack between the camper and the truck.
So if the chain was already so tight it was binding on the tongue jack, how did changing it so there was even less slack help the problem? How was that even possible?
