Safety chains, Demco KarCaddy 460SS and 2013 Elantra

Greetings,
I'm pursuing a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Current car, Honda Accord, has 2 hooks to attach safety chains from tow dolly to car.
Elantra has a tow hook on the passenger-side, front bumper.
Question: how do I secure 2 safety chains to one tow hook without damaging paint on front bumper?
