Ages ago (around 1999-2000), I was at with some friends near a boat ramp under the 360 bridge in Austin, watched at someone managed to get the ramp closed for a few hours as they drove their pickup frontwards into the drink with their boat following. There is a reason why people back up to a boat ramp.
