You think wrong ... dealerships are independent businesses that purchase their stock from the manufacturers, payment due in full when stock arrives. Very few well run dealerships have the ability to pay in cash, the vast majority use lot financing ... regardless, there is no "consignment", once you see it the dealer owns that trailer so you're purchasing it from the dealer not the manufacturer.
