BTW - nothing new....."homeless" RVers have created a problem
that only legislation can solve.
The Venice area of Los Angeles is a prime example, along with neighboring Santa Monica.
Everything from dumping raw sewage on the ground, trash, druggies, etc. - in ancient decrepit RVs..:(
If it didn't "spill over" (no pun) to the OP's neighborhood he has little empathy for those homeowners who *do* encounter "the problem".
Appears to be a selfish attitude!
Time (for the OP) to move on to worrying about the SD Mayor's "activities", ROTFL :B
