San Diego Passes RV Parking Ban

I'm not surprised at this. Austin still has enough Texas in it to allow RVs, provided they are in a driveway or behind a fence, but with the way things have been going, I wouldn't be surprised to find a complete ban on them sooner or later. Come big festival weekends, it isn't surprising to smell black water odor coming from storm drains when on a walk in the neighborhood, and oddly enough, said odor never is there other than the busy times.

I don't like it, but what happens in CA today happens everywhere else in the US tomorrow.
