The above is what it really boils down to.
Seems to me that this should only be of concern to the very small minority of RVers who indulge in what they like to call "stealthcamping". I doubt such "visitors" will be missed by locals, whose (understandable) complaints about such activities are probably the reason the Council has acted.
Most RVers go to campgrounds, or other places where RV's are allowed/welcomed.
