Ya did fine and you did great on giving your home the warmth it needed and filling from your tank ya got it working all well.
We have 100gal. propane tank on the side of the house, hooked up to our ventless fireplace in the home and on super cold Southern nights it beats the heat pump big time. warm safe heat. The too scary posts to use ventless heaters in the home is the same as the germaphobes out there LOL
if ya know what is going on with what you are dealing with ya got it made...if you have no experience with these workings then don't sceam 'ya are gonna die' tonight if you do that in your home! ugh :)
I'm surprised no one has given him any grief the dangers of filling ones own propane cylinders, using them inside the house, and lectured him about proper weight, volume, the misguided 80 percent of 80 percent rule, etc, etc, etc. Oh my God he's gonna blow the house up, Oh my God he's gonna burn the house down. :R
