It would vary by circumstance. If you are towing at 60mph and have a strong cross wind and turn sharp with the wind hitting on the inside of the turn you're more vulnerable than if the wind is hitting on the outside of the turn. I have held my TT steady in 60mph crosswinds. I have had it parked with the stabilizing jacks down in 60mph winds. I don't let it rock in the wind. I have gone through 4 hurricanes with winds topping 90mph. I keep the TT hitched to my truck and face it into the wind. No damage. Yes, I did once have to turn it around after the eye passed. The other three the storm was not centered over us so the eye didn't pass so the wind went in only one direction. Also, I think 5th wheels are more vulnerable because they are higher and the wind can create more lift under the front.
