I had my knee 'scoped' and the Doctor cleaned up some rough edges.
My problem was osteoarthritis. The surgery gave me a couple more years but, the knee finally wore out.
I had it replaced three years ago and have had no problems or pain since the replacement.
When my other knee goes, I won't hesitate to have it replaced.
Hopefully the surgery will take care of your problem and you won't have to have a TKR.
