As these posts point out, the laws are different, a little or a lot, in many states. Since we all travel in many states, the wise thing to do is at least follow the most restrictive laws of the various states. And that's going to be tough for those that live in states where a license plate isn't required or even issued. You're going to get pulled over a lot.
