I noticed when we were south last winter that most Speedway stations had ethanol-free for about $.50 a gallon more. Speedway has been expanding into the northeast, but so far I haven't seen any ethanol free pumps.
In addition to avgas (current price on Cape Cod is $5.29/gallon) you could try marinas. Some of them will stock mogas for the older boats that can't handle ethanol in their fuel system. Try this link.
