Sealing Roof Seams on Aluminum Horse Trailer

I have a Aluminum horse trailer with a FRP roof (3/4" plywood encapsulated in fiberglass). I need to caulk the seam between the aluminum and FRP and the head of the carriage bolts that hold it all together. I was thinking of using self leveling caulk and maybe covering that with eternabond tape.

Question I have is what is the best brand of self leveling caulk?

Will the etrnabond tape work over top all the bolts that are there?
