Searching for the best RV GPS also with good volume

Purchased a new powered by Rand McNally RVND 7735 LM RV 7" GPS but not happy with the volume control. Our MH is a new Newmar with V10 Ford and is rather loud..Is the Megallen or the Garmin Rv GPS's any better. Appreciate your comments as I am ready to return the Rand McNally in the next few days...

  • We use CoPilot app for RV's on our iPhone and it's plenty loud for us but if you need more volume you should be able to use bluetooth speakers.
  • We have the Garmin Nuvi 2539 and I can hear it easily, even with the Cummins purring(!?) in the background. :)
  • I use a smart phone and run volume through the radio via Bluetooth. I don't know if your unit has that capability but I'd investigate.
  • Our Garmin nuvi 57LMT volume is set at about 70 percent. I can easily hear it above the V10 engine and XM radio.
