My thought is:
The tongue weight doesn't get sent to another location by a WDH.
The forces of some of the load is transferred by a lever affect after the WDH to the TT front axle and TT axles.
OK, that seems like mostly a semantics difference to me at this point. The WDH using a spring to counter some of the tongue weight of the trailer, which has the effect of the front TV axle and the TT axle(s) of bearing more of the load. If the TT axles are bearing an additional portion of the load (based upon Ron's example/assumptions, it appears to be approximately 300 lb), then the TV won't have to bear that load as part of it's payload, correct? That's really the core of my conundrum, being payload limited.
