This thing was mammoth. I posted it to my LearnToRV FB page and someone pointed out that it even has an extra axle added back there.

It's an interesting idea but I think a much simpler solution would be to build it on a swivel wheel trailer.
Maybe, maybe not. Sometimes these contraptions are designed by mechanical engineers that actually know what they're doing and camp as a hobby. That setup looks very sophisticated in design just from the simple photo.
