Self PRESSURIZING Oxygenics shower head - any good?

When I am at a park with low water pressure I use my water pump along with the park water at the same time. I simply turb the pump on when I shower and get plenty of water and pressure. Combine that with the Oxygenetics shower head and have a great time in the shower
