Would you actually turn down an offer on one if the buyer didn't want the other? I would advertise both separately and maybe offer a "deal" if someone wanted both. Just be aware the RV is going to be multiple times harder to sell than the towed vehicle, assuming fair pricing for both. Therefore, you could easily have sold the towed and not have anything to use with the RV should it take a long time to sell and you decide to use it a bit while it is for sale.
And the towed is going to be less valuable since it was a towed vehicle. Most savvy buyers will realize it probably has 1000s of unrecorded miles on it. Also, toweds tend to take a lot of abuse behind an RV. Personally, I wouldn't buy a vehicle used as a towed unless it was an absolute steal. But thankfully for you, not all buyers are created equally. Good Luck.
