Sell MH & Toad together or separately?

I would advertise separately, but in the motorhome ad, mention that you could also include the toad for a certain price. Of course, if the toad sells separately before the motorhome, just remove that sentence off the MH ad.

I would not take the baseplate off the toad. There are people looking for a toad and would love to have it already set up (at least in AZ there was when I sold our toad.) And I was thrilled to find a new toad that already had a baseplate on it.
