Sell MH & Toad together or separately?
Have any of you been successful selling your MH and toad together or is it better to sell them separately?

This was my experience also. Many would call and just want the toad, very few called about the MH. Only one called about both, and they were just tire kickers when they showed up.
I don't know about taking the base plate off, that seems counter intuitive to selling it.
