OK, This is my story. Wife and I are staying in the Watchman CG in Zion NP. The town of Springdale is just out the gate to Zion. Wife decides she is going to town. I give her my Golden Age Pass to get back into the Park.
When when reentering, she hands the Ranger the pass. Ranger asks for ID. Driver license ID does not match name on the Pass. Ranger refuses admission and asks for payment. Wife pleads, said we entered the Park earlier in the morning. Ranger scans the Pass and finds that indeed we entered in the morning. Ranger suggests that she should get her own Pass and lets her enter.
Has this happen to anyone else?
