I'm a little confused on the coverage if attached to the tow vehicle. I bought a boat and trailer from out of state and towed it home to California thinking I was covered while towing with my AAA car insurance. When I got home I called to give vin numbers etc to AAA I was told I was not covered by my car insurance for boat or trailer. Quite the surprise to me... I understand the boat might not have been covered but I thought sure the trailer was,...my bad !
I'm glad nothing happened on the drive home.. Lesson for me then..
