This is funny to me because I refuse to call anything to do with the RV "camping." If I have a microwave, fridge, TV and indoor plumbing, that's not camping just because I'm not at home. It's RVing. Might as well call a hotel camping.
When my son was younger, I told him we were going camping and he was excited because Mom was coming along. Then he started crying when he realized we were staying at a campground. "You said we were going CAMPING!!" To him "camping" meant backpacking in to a primitive site, or pulling off the trail where there was no established site. (Leave No Trace). He was six then. He still had fun, though.
Anyway, I don't care what other folks call it as long as they're enjoying the outdoors responsibly. But I'll still laugh at you a little for saying you're "camping" on a king-sized sleep number bed. I guess I'd call staying in pretty much any RV "glamping." :)
