In order, checking the behavior between each step:
Lower the trailer tongue. It looks high to me. And the rear looks low, it's not just the whole trailer sitting high.
Add some weight to the front of the trailer---maybe 200-300 lb.
Increase tire pressure on both truck & trailer.
As a last resort, switch tires. But I don't think you will need to.
