Sounds like you need a little more weight pushed up front. I'm not familiar with your WDH, but you might experiment with slightly more distribution towards the front axle. That will help with steering feel.
P rated tires are great for a soft and comfy ride. You don't want soft and comfy when towing. I would suggest some D or E rated tires with a stiffer sidewall and higher PSI. That will take out a surprising amount of squirmy feel.
If you do BOTH of those things, you should create a much more solid towing platform. You have sufficient truck for that trailer though.
