I'm not normally one who recommends to someone the idea of spending big money on a hitch, but this time, it may be warranted. Because "some" trailers are just difficult to get set up correctly to tow well. Thus, my recco for your consideration is to spend the money on a propride ( or Hensley ) hitch. Expensive, but my bet is it will "solve" your driving issues.
This is opinion only based on what I've been told by folks who use these hitches. I have no personal experience with either of them.
