Hope this helps... - If you see fire jump across the outlet when you plug in you know the breaker was still on. Happened to me ONCE and never again.
- Hook up dry to wet clean to dirty.
Electric first and as stated turn off the power at the pedestal first.
Then cable/satellite and phone if that is on the agenda
Water next with sewer last.
Then undo in the same order - Not sure what you are looking for. I ALWAYS check podium for correct voltage and polarity. I shut breaker off before I plug in.
